Waiting for Spring to Spring
This year it feels like spring is taking its sweet time to arrive. Spring is my favorite season with grass and foliage coming to life again after a long, cold winter. I don’t even mind the rain as it makes everything smell fresh and clean, and speeds up the green transformation. I can’t wait to set up my deck and start spending more time outside.
Spring also brings the urge to do a refresh inside as well. In addition to doing some updates to my indoor plants, new scents, linens and some subtle decor helps it feel like a new season. Photos: LTK app
The Laundress has a wide range of plant based, cruelty free products in beautiful, natural scents. I really love their Delicate Wash as it’s gentle on my clothes and helps reduce my dry cleaning bill.
Saje room sprays are very popular in our home. A quick spritz can take a room from stale to fresh in no time flat. Airoma Loo and Sweet Sheets are my favourites!
Beautiful kitchen linens are an easy, inexpensive way to switch up your colour scheme. These linen and turkish towels come in lovely spring pastel shades.
I can’t get enough terazzo tile these days. These terrazzo coasters are a great way to incorporate this look into my decor without making a huge change.
If you’re looking for a few last minute Easter/spring decor ideas I’ve got you covered. These rabbit garden ornaments can be used all summer long to bring some whimsy to your yard. The kiddos and adults alike will love collecting eggs in this beautiful, handmade Easter basket. This pussy willow wreath embodies spring but it can be on display right through the summer.
